Die Terminvereinbarung ist verbindlich. Als Bestellpraxis halten wir diesen Termin ausschließlich für Sie frei. Sollten Sie den online gebuchten Termin nicht einhalten können, stornieren Sie diesen per email an info@drjfalkenberg.de spätestens 24h vorher. 

No Show

Bei kurzfristigen Absagen oder Nichterscheinen behalten wir uns vor, ein Ausfallhonorar in Höhe von 75 Euro (bzw. 35 Euro Telemedizin) zu berechnen

Starting now, you can easily book appointments at our pediatric practice through Doctolib—either by clicking the button on our website or using the app on your smartphone.

 During office hours, we’ll take good care of you and your child. Take advantage of the new option to book a video or phone consultation through Doctolib. 

You can still leave a message on our voicemail or send us an email if we are unable to answer the phone at the moment. 

Booked appointments are reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule it. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of up to 80 euros may apply.
